Bought this table based on the style and photos on the product listing. Was not sure it would meet my expectations. For the price, it FAR exceeded my expectations. The packaging was very well done and everything incredibly well protected - thick cardboard boxes also with wood crating for additional protection. Took less than an hour to unpack and assemble. The table top is about 2.5-3" thick and each leg is built like a Louisville Slugger. The finish on the table is very much a matte or flat finish - that was one of the biggest questions I was wondering when I ordered it. It is PLENTY big enough to seat six full size adults very comfortable. You might be able to squeeze 8 in a pinch as well. Love love love this table. This table was listed on Overstock and/or Wayfair for well over $1,000 at the time I purchased it through Amazon.

I LOVE this table! I was worried about the top of the tabletop, if it was indeed real wood, like many people said in their reviews. I don't believe the top is real wood, which makes cleaning it much nicer. It is VERY heavy and solid. It was a 1 man delivery job, but definitely should have been a 2 person job. He needed quite a bit of help getting it inside the door. I looked for years for the perfect table at an affordable price....and this is it. You won't be disappointed.
